Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

The following are protected as DOkTM's intellectual property, where owned or licensed by DOkTM:

• The DOkTM name and logo
• DOkTM branding and visual identity
• Original text and editorial content created by DOkTM
• Original educational content published by DOkTM
• Original graphics, illustrations, and photographs owned or licensed by DOkTM
• DOkTM software, user interface, and design
• The DOkTM database compilation and organisation
• Proprietary workflows and methodologies developed by DOkTM

The selection, arrangement, and compilation of information on DOkTM constitutes a proprietary database protected by applicable laws. The compilation — the way information is gathered, organised, verified, and presented — is proprietary to DOkTM, even where individual underlying facts may be publicly known.

DOkTM displays, references, or links to content owned by third parties. The following remain the property of their respective owners:

• Third-party trademarks and trade names
• Third-party logos and brand identities
• Third-party product names and catalogues
• Third-party photographs, images, and media
• Third-party websites and their content
• Provider and company information submitted by third parties

DOkTM does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property merely because it is displayed, referenced, or linked to on the platform. All trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners.

Users may view and use DOkTM for personal, non-commercial discovery and comparison. Systematic reproduction, copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse of DOkTM's proprietary content or compilation without permission is not permitted. See the Terms & Conditions for details on prohibited uses.

The following are not permitted without DOkTM's prior written authorisation, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Unauthorised copying or reproduction of substantial portions of DOkTM's proprietary content
• Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of DOkTM's database or listings
• Database cloning or replication of DOkTM's compilation, structure, or workflows
• Automated reproduction or republishing of DOkTM content on another platform
• Reverse engineering of DOkTM's software where prohibited by applicable law
• Impersonation of DOkTM, or representing unaffiliated content as officially DOkTM
• Circumventing technical access controls or usage limits

DOkTM may apply reasonable technical and legal measures to protect its platform against unauthorised cloning and scraping. These measures do not prevent legitimate search-engine indexing or accessibility, and do not restrict rights you may have under applicable law.

If you believe that your intellectual property, or intellectual property you are authorised to represent, has been infringed on DOkTM, please report it through ourReport Incorrect Informationpage (selecting the appropriate content type) or via theContact page under “Legal/IP complaints”. Please include:

• Identification of the protected work or mark
• The specific DOkTM page or content you believe is infringing
• Your contact information and basis of authority
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised

DOkTM will review reported claims and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification through the Contact page. DOkTM will review such notifications in accordance with applicable law.
