We had an excellent experience at Apollo Hospitals during my mother’s treatment and minimally invasive heart surgery. Thank you Doctor Col Mrithyunjaya V Kalmath and your team for the successfull surgery. The hospital was clean, modern, and well organised, with all services, pharmacies, medical departments, food facilities and ATM machines available under one roof, making everything convenient. The staff were professional, respectful, and kind throughout. The nursing and cleaning teams provided compassionate care, helping my mother feel comfortable and well supported. The International Lobby team, especially Arpita Banerji and her team, were outstanding in coordinating and supporting us as international patients. The housing team, including Mr Ashock and transport organisers, also provided excellent airport transfers and accommodation support. Overall, we felt well cared for and at home throughout our stay and would highly recommend Apollo Hospital in Navi Mumbai for its excellent medical care and hospitality.

My visit to Apollo Hospital CBD was excellent and truly worthwhile. It is a well-maintained, world-class hospital with highly qualified and experienced doctors. I had the privilege of consulting Dr. Sanjeev, an endocrinologist, and the experience completely changed my perspective on the management of Type 2 diabetes, especially regarding cases where insulin may not be necessary. Dr. Sanjeev was extremely knowledgeable, patient, humble, and courteous. Despite his vast experience and international exposure, he treated me with genuine care and respect. I sincerely wish Dr. Sanjeev a long, healthy, and successful life so that he can continue helping countless patients. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Orthopaedic Care I sincerely thank Dr. Deepak Gautam, Dr. Nitish Arora, and the entire Orthopaedics team for providing exceptional treatment to my brother-in-law’s son, Amit Sangmeshwar Swami. From admission to surgery and discharge, the care was highly professional, compassionate, and well-coordinated. The doctors explained everything clearly, performed the surgery successfully, and ensured a smooth recovery. The nursing staff and hospital team were also very supportive and caring. A special mention to the nursing and support staff for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Their dedication and compassionate care made a significant difference during such an important phase of our lives. We are especially grateful to Dr. Rohini & Dr. Sagar for being incredibly humble, approachable, and reassuring throughout this time. One area where the hospital could improve is by having a dedicated OT, maternity ward, and separate floor specifically for maternity patients, which would further enhance the overall experience. I had a very positive experience at Apollo Hospital CBD Belapur, where my wife underwent surgery and treatment. Her treatment was handled by Dr. Deepa Giri, Vandana Gawadi, and Dr. Ruplin, along with the excellent surgical team including Dr. Nitish Jhawar, Dr. Sunil Kushwaha, and Dr. Monika Joshi. I would also like to specially thank Nurse Jayamol Joseph for her kindness, care, and support. She was very attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made our experience much more comfortable. All the doctors and staff were highly professional, skilled, and caring. The gynecology and surgical team worked together seamlessly and ensured that my wife was comfortable and well-informed at every step. Their dedication, clear communication, and patient care made a big difference in her recovery. I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality treatment.
