I visited Chandan Diagnostic Centre for an ultrasound and X-ray, and I had an excellent experience. Staff & Doctors: The doctors and the entire staff are incredibly polite, cooperative, and professional in their behavior. Facilities: The clinic is well-equipped with great facilities and is kept very organized. Crowd & Timing: It’s not overcrowded, which makes the process smooth and hassle-free. Plus, they deliver reports right on time. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for any diagnostic needs!
Well equipped, trained staff and all diagnosis under one roof. Public amenities and sitting area reasonably good. Reports are processed and given timely. Parking limitations as Centre is on 1st. Floor and on main road.
I visited your facility today for my annual health check-up. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the blood sample collection process. The staff member who collected my blood sample appeared to be unprofessional and did not demonstrate proper technique. The procedure was uncomfortable and did not meet the standard of care I expected from your facility. I request that you investigate this incident and ensure that appropriate training and corrective measures are taken to prevent similar experiences for other patients. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this complaint and information on the actions taken.
If you have emergency than don't come here ,if u come in morning u have wait till evening 5-6 pm. Otherwise process is good but report u will get late
