Had a very good experience at Apollo Spectra Hospital during my father’s full body checkup. The overall process was smooth, organized, and handled professionally by the hospital staff. A special mention to Dr. Anirudh Anumula, who patiently explained every health concern and test result in a very clear and understandable manner. He took enough time to listen carefully, answer questions, and guide us properly without rushing the consultation. The staff were supportive, and the hospital environment was clean and well-maintained. The checkup process was systematic, and we felt comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a satisfying experience with good medical care, professional service, and patient-friendly consultation. Highly recommended for health checkups and general physician consultation.

Worst Review – Admission and Discharge Process Requires Immediate Improvement I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with the management on the second floor of Apollo Hospital, Kondapur. The discharge process was unnecessarily delayed from around 12 noon until 11 PM, causing significant inconvenience, stress, and hardship for the patient and family. The second-floor manager’s handling of the situation was extremely poor. There appeared to be no urgency or concern for the patient’s comfort, and communication was inadequate throughout the long waiting period. We had to repeatedly follow up regarding the discharge and insurance approval, yet no clear or timely updates were provided. My experience was that patients and attendants are left waiting for hours when insurance is involved. The admission and discharge processes appeared poorly coordinated, and our requests did not receive timely attention. This is completely unacceptable in a hospital that claims to prioritize patient care. A hospital should provide fair, transparent, and timely service to every patient, regardless of their financial background or connections. Apollo Hospital management must urgently investigate this incident, review the conduct of the second-floor management, and take strict corrective action. Based on this experience, I strongly advise patients and families to think carefully before choosing this hospital. The management and discharge process were extremely poor, and I would not recommend this hospital to others.
