I recently visited Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Annapurna, Indore, after trying several eye hospitals where I couldn't get the correct spectacle power. Finally, I found the right guidance and excellent service here. The doctor was highly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and gave me confidence in the treatment. The staff was polite, professional, and very supportive throughout my visit. The optical team also helped me choose the right glasses with great care. I'm truly impressed with the overall experience and highly recommend this hospital for quality eye care.
I recently got my eyes checked at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Annapurna, Indore, and had a great experience. The consultation was quick, smooth, and well-organized. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very good experience at Dr. Aggarwal Hospital. My father underwent surgery under the care of Dr. Vikas Tantuvay Sir, and the entire experience was really good. Dr. Vikas Tantuvay Sir is very professional, supportive, and kind. He explained everything clearly and guided us throughout the treatment, which gave us a lot of confidence. The hospital staff was also very cooperative and caring. My father received good care before and after the surgery, and the overall experience was very smooth and satisfactory. We are truly thankful to Dr. Vikas Tantuvay Sir and the entire team at Dr. Aggarwal Hospital for their excellent care and support. Highly recommended! 🙏🏻✨
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vikas for my eye checkup. He is very patient, explains everything in detail and doesn't rush at all. ⭐ Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience! My father underwent eye surgery at Aggrawal Hospital, Indore, and we spent approximately ₹1.50 lakh for the lens/procedure. Despite spending such a huge amount and going through the surgery with the expectation of getting better vision, the problem has still not been resolved. The most frustrating part is the lack of a satisfactory solution after the surgery. We have repeatedly consulted the doctor regarding the issue, but we still have no proper resolution or clear explanation that gives us confidence about what went wrong and what can be done now. For a patient and family who have trusted a hospital with such an important surgery—and paid ₹1.50 lakh—the expectation is not unreasonable: proper treatment, clear communication, accountability and post-operative care. Instead, we are left extremely disappointed and worried about my father’s eyesight. ₹1.50 lakh is not a small amount, and a patient’s eyesight is certainly not something that should be taken lightly. I am sharing this review so that other patients and their families ask detailed questions, understand the lens and procedure completely, take a second opinion, and clarify what support will be provided if the expected result is not achieved. I sincerely hope the hospital takes our case seriously and provides a proper solution rather than leaving us to deal with the consequences on our own. Very disappointing experience.
