These people misbehave with patients, lie during booking, and fail to confirm appointments after making promises. They also deliberately create payment issues. Not only is the staff at this Diagnostic Centre extremely rude, but the doctors are also highly unprofessional. They don't even have the basic manners to talk to patients, nor do they understand the patient's condition or what their priorities should be.I was already 18+ weeks pregnant and had previously asked them for appointment for the TIFFA and Quadruple. They had confirmed it, saying my Tiffa could be done. Because of their mismanagement and stubborn behaviour towards me, delayed my appointment and told me now you have to wait for 1 hour, only after that your test can be done and when I reacted to it, they started pinning the entire blame on me, also created chaos, suddenly went back on their words, and the doctors said it couldn't be done now. They were so rude and stubborn they'll try to prove they are right even when they know they are wrong.

I visited your center to get an ultrasound done on my own, without any doctor’s reference. In the market, the usual charge for this ultrasound is ₹800, but I was asked to pay ₹1050 at your center. I was given a time slot of 10:00 AM, however my turn came only after 12:30 PM. When I went inside, I was told to go outside and bring a mask from outside, and only after that the ultrasound would be done.All these conditions and extra charges should have been clearly informed in advance. Time is the most valuable thing for any patient, and such delays and unexpected demands cause unnecessary inconvenience. Please do not rely only on the name of the center—service quality and transparency matter the most. I request you to look into this matter and ensure better communication and service for patients in the future.

This is a very poor center, and getting a test done here is a complete waste of money. I got a semen test done here, and they provided me with an incorrect report. When I called to inform them about the issue, they did not respond at all. In my semen report, they showed motility as 60 percent, which is fine, but they listed vitality as 'Nil,' which seems completely wrong. I demand a review and correction of this report immediately. I hope that such a big center in Lucknow will rectify their mistake and surely assist me. I will wait for their help, and until then, my rating for them is 1 star.
