I do not recommend this clinic. The waiting time is far too long. If you're willing to wait that much, you might as well visit a government eye hospital, where treatment is free and the waiting time is almost the same. In my opinion, doctors at government hospitals also have more experience. I later visited Hiba Eye Clinic, which is located nearby, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes before seeing the doctor. Compared to waiting 30 minutes here without any updates, that was a much better experience. The doctor there was also very good. Offering discounts alone won't attract or retain patients. What truly matters is good service, clear communication, and respecting patients' time.

Had a great experience going in for a casual eye exam here. The waiting time was minimal, and the staff guided me through the tests very efficiently. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. Great hospital with a very streamlined process.
