Kindly do not use Apollo Diagnostics Palasuni service specially if Jyotiranjan is blood collection executive. I recently contacted Jyotiranjan from Apollo Diagnostics - Palasuni to collect a blood sample for my father at home. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely distressing and unprofessional. The technician appeared inexperienced and did not seem to know the proper procedure for drawing blood. While attempting the sample collection, he injured my father and caused excessive bleeding. A significant amount of blood spilled from his hands during the process, which was alarming and unacceptable. This incident has caused us serious concern regarding patient safety, staff training, and service quality from this center. I request to be careful in case you are using there service which I recommend avoiding.

Really very good service. They did home collection and I got the reports on same day. By 4 PM I got my reports. The staffs are well trained and they have very good professional approach. Contact less payment. I recommend all for this. Very much satisfied with the services.

Good Service with professional staff. Process of sample collection right from the comfort of the home to both physical and digital report delivery was very convenient and flawless. Staff who collected the sample seems to be well trained and knows his job well. Would recommend others to use their services. A Job well done Apollo Diagnostic, Palasuni guys....

Excellent and prompt service. I gave a call and home collection was done within a hour time. Bills received through whats app within half an hour and payment can be done through google pay/other online methods. Hence you don’t have to visit the place physically during this pandemic. Complete satisfaction..

I loved the services given by Brahmajit Babu & their staffs... Staffs are well trained. Reports given within the same day. Best part of their service is painless blood draw and reports on same day. Most important thing is that they have not asked me for money at all till the sharing the reports!!! It's their humanity and helping hands for really needy people. Just to update you all, initially I got confused by few mixed comments but took the risk and got Wah like services... Please ignore the comments that is given by intention or not sure if they're genuine customer or accidental case happened with them that is really a very rare case that occurred...
