My wife was recently admitted to Ajara Hospital, and our experience was very disappointing. The hospital maintenance is very poor. The AC was not working properly, the bathrooms were unhygienic and yellow-stained, and there was water leakage. The overall cleanliness is very bad. If someone visits the hospital, there is a high chance they may get allergies or infections due to the poor hygiene. Another strange thing is that when we tried to speak with the doctor, they asked us to hand over our mobile phones. I do not understand why this is required. Overall, the hospital needs to seriously improve its communication, cleanliness, maintenance, and patient-care standards.
One of the best hospitals we have visited in recent time. Care and cleaning along with professional courtesy are the best . Very glad to bring my mother to this hospital. Especially, the staff is really nice and caring.
Zero-Star Rating – Worst Hospital in Warangal Area I have personally experienced the services at this hospital and can confidently give it a zero rating.please don't come to this hospital . There is no proper communication with actual medical staff,billing staff the ICU is dirty and poorly maintained, and patients waiting waste of time .iron injection around 30 minutes service collect 500 /-iam Shockingly, inthis regard i suppose to ask ask admin manager he also told me minimum charge of 500/- Totally money minded hospital so don't goto azara hospital mulugu Road. the billing and payment process works very slow. When questions are raised about the poor standards, This is, without doubt, the worst hospital in the entire Warangal area. I strongly advise others to avoid it.
Dr. Uske Kiran sir, treatment was very satisfing and caring. All the hospital services are excellent and I like to recommend this hospital to all. Those who feel sick come to Ajara and be safe and get relief.
Please tell me how much u are charging for Positive kit . Why no receipt it not provided what is the reason. The worst hospital. Dnt make or mark urs as Corporate hospital. Worst service. Minimum thing to provide water to patients in ICU. That is min commonsence. What is the use of ICU den monitoring patient over there. And more over water bottle is not available in canteen. Workers are worst ward boy, cleaning staff lift staff keep on asking for money every where. What is the reason why salaries are not provided to them on time . PC is the worst person least bothered to listen the problems. No proper help desk my rating is 0
