A very peaceful experience with Binay today at Manipal hospital. Soft spoken with genuine character through the whole process of blood drawing for my wife. His attitude towards health industry is greatly appreciated. 🙏
Overall the experience was good, we stayed for almost 12 days as both my parents were admitted one after the other. We stayed at a VIP room for a night and then shifted to a private room with AC which doesn’t work. Some nurses were rude, sometimes they wouldn’t attend even after giving calls. That was frustrating. My mom had to go through CT Scan two times as there was nothing shown at first, when it was done the second time, it showed significant infection, it was needless to go through such radiation twice when it could just be done at once. When a person is admitted for 12 days, there will come a time where it’s necessary to wash clothes, there is no designated drying space in such a huge hospital, the guard told me to dry on the hospital bed, which was quite weird.
I would like express my heartfelt gratitude to dr Prakash Koirala for providing a excellent care for my father . My father was admitted there for 10days n dr Prakash sir had provided an excellent care For my father n explained everything regarding his disease . I’m really satisfied with his treatment . I would like to thanks CRH entire team for excellent service. All the facility was good n well maintain I recommend all to visit crh for treatment.
