Great experience at Desun Hospital, Siliguri. My father recently underwent PTCA under Dr. K. K. Goyel, and the entire process was smooth from CAG to procedure. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay da (Cath Lab Coordinator) for his constant support, polite behavior, and for addressing all my concerns. The facilities were good, and all staff—from doctors to nurses—were helpful and caring. Highly satisfied.

My patient was advised for discharge yesterday; however, the hospital manager was not willing to proceed with the discharge today. It appears that they intend to delay the discharge until tomorrow to increase the billing amount. Most of the staff have been non-cooperative throughout this process. The only exception is Mr. Kankan from the corporate room, who has been very kind and helpful since the day of admission. He has been polite and extremely supportive. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the hospital management has been very poor. I would request everyone to exercise caution before bringing patients to this hospital. If you do visit, I strongly recommend contacting Mr. Kankan in Corporate Room No. 2 for assistance; otherwise, you may have to go from one department to another to obtain proper information, services, or discharge.
My father was suffering from a hernia, and through ECHS he was referred to DESUN Hospital, Siliguri. Under the care of Dr. Suman, my father underwent hernia surgery, and I am very happy to say that the operation was very successful. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Suman for his excellent treatment and care. I also want to appreciate all the hospital staff, including the doctors, nurses, ward members, attendants, reception staff, billing staff, and office staff. Everyone was very cooperative, responsible, and kind-hearted. My father stayed in the hospital for three days after the operation, and during that time he was treated with great care and respect. I would especially like to thank the ward members for their kindness and support. The security staff also guided us properly, and the ambulance service was reliable and reasonably priced. Overall, our experience at DESUN Hospital was excellent. My father was discharged yesterday and is now feeling much better and very happy. Our whole family is very grateful for the care and support we received. Thank you very much to Dr. Suman and the entire team at DESUN Hospital for making my father’s treatment successful and comfortable. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication.
