I am writing this review with immense gratitude for Artemisia Surgery Clinic & Multispeciality Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Siliguri. My father was recently admitted here in a very critical condition. After a previous 17-day hospital stay for severe pneumonia and brain stroke, his infection flared up again at home. He was running a high fever up to three times a day for three consecutive days, and we were incredibly anxious and worried about his survival. When we arrived, the initial medical plan was to proceed with a tracheostomy operation and a bronchoscopy. However, what sets this hospital apart from any other is their deep medical ethics. After a thorough visit, careful analysis, and deep evaluation, Dr. Jha and Dr. Sayar Mridha (Pulmonologist) changed the plan. Instead of rushing into invasive surgeries, they decided to wait and give my father a chance to recover on his own with targeted medical management. This satisfactory plan worked wonders. Thanks to their accurate treatment, my father is now doing well, feeling good, and fit. This hospital genuinely prefers patient treatment and well-being over making money. They do not commercialize healthcare. Instead, the doctors, management, and hospital staff deeply feel and understand the patient's and the family's condition. Everyone is highly cooperative, empathetic, and supportive. Furthermore, the hospitality here is exceptionally good, and they maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the premises. For the high level of care they provide, it is easily the best affordable treatment option in Siliguri. I highly recommend Artemisia Surgery Clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy, ethical, and compassionate healthcare. Dr. Pankaj Kr Paul sir has some magic in his hands as a surgeon...😊 His behavior towards the patient is extraordinary. Artemisia Surgery Clinic charges are very less as compared to others. Fantastic ambience and treatment services also fine, The doctors' behavior is exceptional.
Worst nursing home in Siliguri. My father got admitted in this nursing home. They intentionally admitted him ICU and forced him to ventilation. Their charges also very high. Just 17 hours they charged 12000 for various investigation and 15000 for medicine. Not recommended ever...
As a surgeon, he has some magic in his hands and as a human he is just awesome. His behavior towards the patient is wonderful. The expenses of Artemisia surgery clinic is very low compared to the others.I strongly believe no one can provide this type of best service in this affordable amount. May God bless him.
