Apollo Hospital is a very good hospital. The treatment and care provided to patients here are excellent. The housekeeping staff is very good, and all staff members perform their duties efficiently.. Aastha Tiwari (PCA Staff) has excellent behavior and work ethics. She takes very good care of patients and always speaks to everyone with respect and kindness. She is dedicated to her work, and all the staff members work very well as a team. The work of all Apollo Hospital staff, including the housekeeping staff, is outstanding. Good job to all the staff. Keep up the excellent work!
My experience at Apollo Hospital, Jabalpur, was excellent. The hospital provides outstanding medical care with modern facilities and a clean, well-maintained environment. The doctors nurses, and support staff were professional caring, and attentive throughout my treatment I truly appreciate the quality of service and would highly recommend Apollo Hospital to anyone seeking reliable healthcare
I visited Apollo Hospital, Jabalpur today for my father's treatment. While the medical infrastructure is good and the doctors are undoubtedly highly competent and professional, the administrative and support staff completely ruin the patient experience. The 2-star rating is strictly and solely for the doctors. The attitude of the frontline staff is extremely disappointing. They respond with sheer arrogance and fail to guide patients properly. We faced unnecessary delays due to absolute mismanagement: 1. Pathology & Reception Delay: Even after our pathology reports were directly sent to the doctor, the reception desk made us wait for an extra 30 minutes just due to their slow internal process. 2. Pharmacy Mismanagement: At the medicine counter, a staff member kept me standing for 10 minutes just to look for a single tablet. To make it worse, he left my request incomplete midway and started attending to an internal colleague's conversation, completely ignoring the paying customer. For a reputed brand like Apollo, this level of sub-par service and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It was a total waste of time and money due to the staff's incompetence. They urgently need training in basic empathy and hospitality.
The patient care attendant, Mr. Somnath, was exceptionally helpful, polite, caring, and always willing to assist whenever needed. His dedication, compassionate attitude, and professionalism are highly appreciated. He made a significant positive difference to our hospital experience. The hospital would greatly benefit from having more staff members who demonstrate the same level of commitment and patient-centered care as Mr. Somnath. However, the nursing staff was not able to provide timely attention whenever needed. Patients often had to wait for assistance. Increasing the number of nursing staff would help ensure that every patient receives prompt care and support, significantly improving the overall quality of patient care. In addition, the security staff should be more polite, patient, and respectful while interacting with patients and their attendants. During our stay, attendants were repeatedly asked to leave the ward and were not allowed to remain seated, even after spending long hours caring for the patient. They were disturbed frequently, which caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. While maintaining hospital rules is important, it should be done with empathy, courtesy, and clear communication. Providing each patient with a small hand towel for personal use would also be a simple but valuable improvement for hygiene, comfort, and the overall patient experience.
We got my grandfather’s cardiac treatment done at Apollo Hospital, Jabalpur, and our overall experience was excellent. The staff is extremely supportive and well-trained. I sincerely thank the consultant doctor and the duty doctors for patiently clearing all our doubts and explaining everything clearly. I would also like to appreciate the nursing staff and their incharge for their dedicated care and constant attention, whether it was day or night. Although I do not remember everyone’s names, each and every staff member was attentive, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to the coordinator, Megha ma’am, who was very polite and understanding. She patiently addressed all our concerns, including requests related to early discharge and other matters. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and services provided. Thank you, Apollo Hospital, Jabalpur.
